- File Mignon, center cut 8 oz., marinated with fresh herbs, served with roasted garlic butter

- Combo of tenderloin of beef and chicken florentine. Sliced tenderloin of beef and stuffed chicken florentine served with morel mushroom cream sauce

- Blackened wild Salmon with roasted sweet corn relish and crawfish sauce

Served with:

- Fresh cut green beans with caramelized onions and kalamata olives

- Rosemary and garlic roasted bliss potatoes

- Canyon Road Cabernet and Chardonnay, and soft drinks served during dinner
