Headquartered in New York, NACC has seven active chapters in the United States: Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. The chamber also maintains a close association with the American Chamber of Commerce in Norway, AmCham (the result of a 1999 merger of NACC Norway and the American Chamber of Commerce Norway), and the Norwegian-British Chamber in London
The regional US chapters are incorporated in their respective states and linked through an affiliation agreement with New York. The national board in New York consists of 45 directors including the presidents of the seven chapters.
There are more than 800 members in the U.S. (including individuals). Members include most of the U.S. subsidiaries of Norwegian companies, and U.S. companies providing services and trading with Norwegian companies. NACC has strong ties to the Norwegian authorities in the U.S. and works closely with Innovation Norway (trade).
